Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk for Woodfired Sauna, Cold Water Plunge Baths, Shower, and Lake Access
1. Acknowledgment of Risks:
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that my participation in the use of the woodfired sauna, cold water plunge baths, showers (Woodland Sauna), and lake access (Fallen Willow Sauna) involves inherent risks. These risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the facilities. I understand that the effects of extreme temperatures and exposure to water can vary significantly from person to person, and I am aware that my health status may influence my tolerance to these conditions.
2. Health Considerations:
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before using the sauna or plunge baths or lake, especially if I have any pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, respiratory issues, or other health concerns. I agree to refrain from using these facilities if I experience any adverse health conditions during or after use.
3. Use at My Own Risk:
I acknowledge that I am using the sauna, plunge baths, showers, and lake at my own risk. I accept full responsibility for my safety and well-being while using these facilities.
4. Time Limits:
I understand the importance of not remaining in the sauna or cold water for extended periods. I agree to monitor my time and exit the sauna or plunge baths/lake if I feel uncomfortable at any point.
5. Respect for Others:
I agree to respect the rights and well-being of other sauna-goers. This includes maintaining appropriate noise levels, adhering to any posted guidelines, and ensuring that my behaviour does not disturb others.
6. Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to use the woodfired sauna, cold water plunge baths, showers, and lake, I hereby release and hold harmless Tuhka Talo Sauna Ltd its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my use of these facilities, including any claims related to negligence.

6. General:
-No dogs are allowed on site. ​
-Alcohol is not to be consumed prior or during a booked session. Sauna operators reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons or for other reasons that may be deemed a health and safety risk. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.
-Note you must be over the age of 16 to use the sauna. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
-It is advisable to remove jewellery, neoprene glove, socks, wetsuits before using the sauna

7. Agreement:
By signing this waiver, I confirm that I have read and understood its contents, and I voluntarily agree to the terms outlined above.
